O.K. Video Criminally Unknown 12 Cop Land

We kicked off this batch of Criminally Unknown films with Cop , a movie focused on one cop, so it's only appropriate that we end this batch with a movie about a whole bunch of cops that have created their own land, of sorts, Cop Land . O.K. Video Criminally Unknown The Gingerbread Man

Run, run, run as fast as you can. You’ll never catch me, I’m the gingerbread man. Now what does that have to do with this week's film, very little. Robert Altman writes and directs this week's film, based upon a discarded manuscript by John Grisham, The Gingerbread Man  quietly released in January 1998 and doesn't get talked about much these days. So we asked, is The Gingerbread Man  Criminally Unknown? If you'd like to email us questions for future shows or weigh in on our Director Showdown segment, email ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca We are also on Hive and Instagram, okvideopodcast, and BlueSky, OKVideo.  -R I always preferred Robert Munsch

O.K. Video Criminally Unknown 8 The River Wild

O.K. Video Criminally Unknown? 4 The Last of the Finest

Ryan and Nathan are at odds on this one. Is it a delightful rage fantasy against the Reagan administration and their scapegoating of Oliver North, or is it a Thin Blue Line-championing, tone deaf celebration of hypocrites who are far too willing to turn their weapons on their fellow officers? The Last of the Finest is the name and it features Brian Dennehy, Joe Pantoliano, Jeff Fahey and Bill Paxton as an elite unit of skull busters who find themselves alone in their crusade against a corrupt government official who is trading guns for drugs and warping the LAPD in the process. If you'd like to send us questions for future shows or advocate for a Director in our new Showdown segment, email ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca We are also on Hive and Instagram, okvideopodcast, and BlueSky, OKVideo.
