 In 1990 a man named David Green directed a film featuring Nicolas Cage and Tommy Lee Jones. It had helicopters. And it was not very good. Welcome to O.K. Video Batch 4, an ongoing celebration of the work of Nicolas Cage, the Best Actor. Despite his abilities, this film never quite...takes flight. Eye dominance, Sean Young, Phil Collins, whatever the issue is, it just doesn't come together, but we squeeze all the juice we can out of this 86 minute lemon.
