If you're all alone pick up the phone and download This Podcast! Welcome to O.K. Video's look at the Superior Sequel, Ghostbusters 2 . Released in 1989, this film may not have met Columbia's expectations but it exceeded ours as fans of the fab four and their bustin' ways. Hail Vigo, the Scourge of Moldavia! If you want to email us, ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca will do the trick. We are also on Twitter @okvideopodcast. Thanks for listening. -N Ghostbusters 2

O.K. Video Superior Sequels Episode 7 Die Hard 2: Die Harder

It is hard to believe, but effectively the same thing happens to the same guy again in Die Hard 2: Die Harder . John McClane was just trying to pick up his wife from the airport when terrorists decided to ruin Christmas for a whole lot of people. And our guy John is there, ready to do whatever he can to stop it. Welcome to O.K. Video's look at Superior Sequels. Ryan and Nathan may differ on this week's entry, but their email inboxes are in fact linked, so whether you use ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca we will both see it. Tweets are mostly looked at by Nathan over @okvideopodcast  Thanks for listening! -N Die Hard 2: Die Harder

O.K. Video Superior Sequels Episode 6 Scream 2

Just in time for Christmas,  Scream 2  stormed into theatres in 1997, bullying releases like  Titanic  out of its way to a box office haul basically equivalent to that of its predecessor. But does that make it a Superior Sequel? Ryan and Nathan discuss Dewey's moustache, theme song and all-around excellence in this week's episode of O.K. Video, thanks for joining us. If you want to celebrate Dewey with some thoughts or anecdotes, email ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca You can also tweet moustache grooming tips to us @okvideopodcast  - N Scream 2

O.K. Video Superior Sequels Episode 5 Under Siege 2: Dark Territory

Despite Steven Segal's DICEY history, O.K. Video takes a fond look back at Under Siege 2: Dark Territory  in our survey of Superior Sequels. Thanks for joining us. This 90s techno-thriller set on a train has some bright spots and low points and Ryan and Nathan dig through it all, then try to puzzle out David Gordon Green's depth of feeling for Segal's filmography.  If you want to email us a question, ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca will get the job done. We are on Twitter @okvideopodcast and instagram minus the @ symbol. Thanks for Listening -N Under Siege 2: Dark Territory

O.K. Video Superior Sequels Episode 4 The Lost World: Jurassic Park

Just a tad late to commemorate its record-shattering Memorial Day Weekend back in 1997, but still hot and ready to serve, O.K. Video brings you The Lost World: Jurassic Park , one of the few sequels in Sir Steven Spielberg's career. (O.K. Video considers itself a monarchy capable of bestowing Knighthood to filmmakers who have made sufficient "Dope" films in their career). Nathan and Ryan discuss the dinosaur franchise at large and pay respects to Eddie, the hardest working supporting character to be mauled to death in gruesomely unfair fashion. Is this also Spielberg's darkest film since Temple of Doom ? I'm going to say...no. Think about it. Anyway, if you want to email us some questions, ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca will do the trick. Or tweet us @okvideopodcast  Thanks for listening! -N The Lost World: Jurassic Park
