O.K. Video Stephen King 5 Hearts in Atlantis

Does Anthony Hopkins have kindly Grandpa energy or not? That is the main point of contention in this week's episode of O.K. Video, part of our discussion surrounding   Hearts in Atlantis , the somewhat strangely titled adaptation of a much loved Stephen King story,   Low Men in Yellow Coats . Thanks for joining us in this final ramp-up week to Halloween. O.K. Video Stephen King 4 Maximum Overdrive

O.K. Video's look at Stephen King movies wouldn't be complete without the only film the man himself wrote AND directed,  Maximum Overdrive . A mysterious comet tail somehow turns most machines to life, with some strange exceptions. Ryan has discovered a theory online that actually turns this potential plot hole into a crucial component that actually makes the final moments make a whole lot more sense. Stay tuned for that and several more revelations. Thanks for listening! If you want to contact us, email ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca, or you can tweet @okvideopodcast. -N  Maximum Overdrive

O.K. Video Stephen King 3 Sleepwalkers

A legend older than Vampires came to Stephen King's mind when listening to a classic Santo & Johnny song. The  Sleepwalkers  are six foot cats that mock our sense of right and wrong and will kill anyone in Indiana who gets in their way. Ryan and Nathan report back on this early 90s oddity in this latest episode of O.K. Video. If you want to communicate with us, morse code is not recommended. Instead, try emailing ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca, or better yet, tweet @okvideopodcast. -N Sleepwalkers

O.K. Video Stephen King 2 Needful Things

The latest episode of O.K. Video is here and it is absolutely free! Actually free, not Leland Gaunt "free", which involves a cost that may well be your very soul. This week's movie is  Needful Things , and it came in two different flavours. Ryan watched the theatrical two-hour version and Nathan the three-hour TV version. They discuss the differences and assorted strengths and weaknesses in our ongoing look at Stephen King movies. Thanks for joining us. If you want to email in a query, ryan@okvideo.ca or nathan@okvideo.ca will get it done. You can also tweet @okvideopodcast.  -N Needful Things
